Scott Recycling Pickup Notifications is the text message program operated by Scott Industries, LLC dba Scott Recycling, 234 Dynatex Rd., Sunbright, TN 37872. Texts are sent from (865) 507-1989.

What we send

Messages about pickups you have requested from Scott Recycling:

Pickup scheduling and scheduling questions
Pickup confirmations and reminders
Driver arrival and estimated arrival time (ETA) notices
Rescheduling notices
Notices that your certificate of recycling or data destruction is ready

We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program unless you separately agree to receive them.

How to opt in

Online: tick the optional, unchecked box “Yes, text me about this pickup and future pickup scheduling…” next to the phone number on our Request a Pickup form or our contact form. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without it.
By phone: call a Scott Recycling customer service representative at 865-540-8802 and ask to receive pickup texts. The representative records your verbal consent on your account, with their name and the date and time, before any text is sent.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
